Chemical Technician

Chemical technicians develop and use chemicals and related products and equipment. They work closely with chemists and chemical engineers. They set up, operate, and maintain instruments in the labaratories where they usually work. A chemical technician may create biodegratable plastics or take water, air, or soil samples to measure pollution. Some typical job duties may include producing new chemicals and recording results of tests. The education required is an associate's degree in Chemical Technology. Knowledge of computer technology is also very important. A background in science (specifically chemistry), math, and English are essential.

This sounds like a decent job. I might enjoy doing this. Since I was little, I have always looked up to chemists. This adds another job onto my list of possible career choices.
